Returns

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Shipping: Ship the item back to us using the provided return shipping label. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards.

Partial Refunds

Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check the following:

  2. Credit Card Company: Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Bank: Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
