This works very well. It's easily adjustable and very comfortable. It offers good support without being too binding.It fits comfortably under my pants and you can't really tell I'm wearing it.

This is a really great hernia belt. It provides great protection and it is very slim so you dont notice it when it is underneath your work clothes. I'm really happy with it overall.
